On 29th January, the society organized a session - A Roadmap for UPSC. The cell was grateful to have Mr. Ravi Kapoor, Deputy Commissioner, Government of India under the Ministry of Finance as the speaker. He is an engineer, a writer, blogger and has been dispelling myths and misconceptions, by simplifying the challenges that prevent so many candidates from achieving their dream of becoming IAS/IPS officers. This session successfully guided UPSC aspirants for their future journey and covered their doubts.

On 30th January, the cell launched Innovision Survey to know the preferences of the students for Innovision (the annual placement fair). The form includes questions about the fields students want to work in, type of organization they want to work with, the field of career counseling (if required), a column for feedback, etc. By this, Saksham aims at planning Innovision'22 in such a manner that it fulfills the needs of each and every genre of students. The survey can be accessed from Saksham's website. Apart from this, inspirational and knowledgeable blogs are regularly posted on our website.

We, at Saksham, aim to push forward ourselves and get new opportunities to help students enhance their skills and provide the opportunities for growth through holistic development.
