New year brought new heights for Saksham!
Saksham: The Placement and E-Cell of Satyawati College (Morning) proved to have a significant start of the year 2022. Just like every month, team Saksham went the extra mile to get an ample amount of internships and placement opportunities.
In the month of January, the cell brought a number of internships and placements from various reputed firms namely IFortis Worldwide, Care Well Trust India, Sehgal Estates, Business Quant, Swell, Jaro Education, JLL, Sapio Analytics, Finoability, Leverage Edu, HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, SportsApp and OckyPocky. Jaro Education offered a package of 70.5 k per month, Sehgal Estates offered a package of 15 k. HDFC Bank and Leverage Edu offered a stipend of 3.5 LPA and 3.6 LPA respectively. SportsApp offered CTC of 2.4 - 3 LPA. JLL and ICICI Prudential offered 3 LPA and 2,79,000 LPA respectively. Sapio Analytics offered upto 8 LPA.
Furthermore, Saksham organized a session under the topic, MBA Aspirant Summit: Decoding B-School in collaboration with Department of Business Economics, University of Delhi. The session was organized to answer the requirements and questions of various aspirants. Summit had three sub-session namely How can MBA change your life?, Life after DBE, Journey towards MBA.

On 29th January, the society organized a session - A Roadmap for UPSC. The cell was grateful to have Mr. Ravi Kapoor, Deputy Commissioner, Government of India under the Ministry of Finance as the speaker. He is an engineer, a writer, blogger and has been dispelling myths and misconceptions, by simplifying the challenges that prevent so many candidates from achieving their dream of becoming IAS/IPS officers. This session successfully guided UPSC aspirants for their future journey and covered their doubts.

On 30th January, the cell launched Innovision Survey to know the preferences of the students for Innovision (the annual placement fair). The form includes questions about the fields students want to work in, type of organization they want to work with, the field of career counseling (if required), a column for feedback, etc. By this, Saksham aims at planning Innovision'22 in such a manner that it fulfills the needs of each and every genre of students. The survey can be accessed from Saksham's website. Apart from this, inspirational and knowledgeable blogs are regularly posted on our website.
We, at Saksham, aim to push forward ourselves and get new opportunities to help students enhance their skills and provide the opportunities for growth through holistic development.
