Monthly Report: February 2022
Saksham - The Placement, Career Counselling and E-Cell of Satyawati College (Morning) was on a roll during the month of February. The society not just provided internships and placements but worked on career-oriented and insightful sessions.
During this month, the cell brought a number of quality placements from various companies like Inglu Global, eigoPaathshala, Byju's and internships from Edulion, Revamp, Techanalogy, Apli, FinSkool, Tromenz Learning, Trring Me, Knowledge Resource Group (KRG), Techugo and Vaeral. Byju's offered a package of INR 3-5 lakh CTC for Business Development Trainee and Business Development Associate. A stipend of upto 25k was offered by Tromenz Learning. Trring Me and Techugo provided a stipend of 7k and 8k per month respectively. eigoPaathshala offered upto 4 lakh CTC.
On 2nd February, Saksham organized a session on the topic of Career Advancement. The session was presented by Mr. Vignesh Srinivasan who is a graduate from IIM Lucknow. He worked as VP at HSBC(FIG, Global Banking) and is the founder of Mockat. The session was enriching and insightful for all the students in the audience.
On 6th February, Saksham in collaboration with Corporates, The Commerce Society of Satyawati College (Morning), organized a webinar on "How to crack GD & PI" with ISB&M. The cell was grateful to have Dr. S. Jayaram and Prof. Jerin Jacob Mathew as speakers for the same. Dr. S.Jayaram has a PHD- AMU, PGDBM and went to IIM-Calcutta. He has experience of both teaching and working, and is certified Lead Auditor for ISO-9000 and a certified examiner for Business Excellence awards, life member of Higer education forum and a panel member on the mentoring committee for initiatives in small and medium industries of Cll Western India Chapter. Prof. Jerin Jacob Mathew has done Integrated Masters in English, went to IIT Madras and has Professional Skills for Business & Communication. The session was truly a mind changer for all of us.
Lastly, Saksham aims to work hard regularly to provide students with the best quality internships, placements and career guidance.
